Does my client need to sign up?
No. They open the link in their phone browser and see the quote. No app, no login.
Can my client still get a PDF?
Yes. The Save as PDF button on the quote page opens a print-ready A4 layout, unless you turn it off for that quote.
How do you know a quote was forwarded?
When the link opens on a new device after the first open, we mark it Likely forwarded. It is a signal, not proof.
Can I send on WhatsApp?
Yes, from your own WhatsApp. You can also send it by email from your own mail app, or copy the link and paste it anywhere.
Does it calculate CGST, SGST and IGST?
Yes, from your state and your client's: CGST + SGST when you are both in the same state, IGST when you are not.
Can I import my price list from Excel?
Yes: save it as CSV using our template, then upload it.
Can I edit after sending?
Yes: editing creates v2, and the same link shows the latest version.
Is my pricing data private?
Other accounts can't see your quotes, clients or prices, and a client sees only the quote you send them.
Can I cancel anytime?
There is nothing to cancel: no card is taken, nothing is charged, and nothing is locked when the 14-day trial ends. You can reserve the ₹299/month plan inside the app.
